Terms and conditions


You can pay with all major credit cards using the Stripe secure online payment system or via PayPal.

Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).


[ digimorphé ] offers free shipping for all domestic and international customers. / for orders over 200 CHF.

We deliver the ordered products to the designated address in most countries. Your package will be sent using Swiss Post. We reserve the right to choose a different delivery method in individual cases.

As soon as we have received you payment we will prepare and ship your order within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders placed during holidays or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer.

For customized products we will inform you about the conditions when we discuss your order.

The benefit and risk for the ordered goods are transferred to you once the parcel has been handed over to the delivery provider. [ digimorphé ] is not responsible for lost or damaged mail.

Please be aware that if you are ordering goods for delivery outside of Switzerland your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes. The fees on imported goods are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service.


Within seven days after receiving your package, regular products can be exchanged for any other product or a store credit (valid for one year).

Items should be returned new, unworn, with tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Please be aware that all sales are final on sale items and custom orders. Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons. Costs of return, international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for any shipments.

If you would like to request a return, please reach out to us within seven days of receiving your item writing to info@digimorphe.com. Once we receive your message, we will get in touch with you as quick as we can.


Please check the ordered products immediately upon receipt for defects and completeness and notify [ digimorphé ] of any defects within five days of receipt of products by mail (info@digimorphe.com). Later carried complaints will not be considered. [ digimorphé ] will get in touch with you after receipt of the notice to find a solution for you. [ digimorphé ] is entitled to replace the defective products with new products or against a voucher in the amount of the purchase price of the defective products. Returns of defective products without our written consent will not be accepted. Cost of return, international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded.

In Switzerland, in contrast to EU countries, there is no right of withdrawal from your contractual order. Your order is legally binding. Returns of non-defective products are generally not possible. Products on sale and items which are custom made are not refundable. Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Returnable items have to be returned within 10 days from the date you received the product. Items should be returned new, unworn, with tags still attached and in their original packaging. The cost of the return shipment is covered by you.


The contract between you and [ digimorphé ] comes about because of your order and the acceptance of the order by [ digimorphé ]. You will be notified of the acceptance of the order. If you order in the online store, you will receive an automatic order confirmation. This confirmation merely confirm the conclusion of an electronic ordering system, the contract is only valid with the explicit acceptance of the order by [ digimorphé ]. [ digimorphé ] reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the terms or as otherwise determined by [ digimorphé ].

When ordering the delivery of the goods usually takes place after successful payment. For customized products, we will inform you about the conditions when we confirm your order.

The goods remain the property of [ digimorphé ] until full payment of the purchase price.

Our pieces are made with love and great care. However, please keep in mind that handmade items are not exactly alike. There can be slight differences in terms of size and look.

As 3D printing is still a new technology, archival properties of some of the materials have not yet been documented. [ digimorphé ] is not responsible for any damage, discoloration, or change in material properties over time.

Any liability for damage resulting from the use of the products is rejected.

The terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Dietikon, Switzerland.
